JaCor’s musical interest came at the young age of 3 from going to his grandfathers record shop working with him everyday, by the time he was 5 his grandmother started him taking piano lessons from a Miss Merritt in Wichita Falls TX. At age 9 he shared the stage with the legendary James Cleveland and by the time he was 11 he was playing for his first church choir. Age age 13 he moved on to play for a bigger church and by 15 he had begun entering talent shows! By the age of 18 JaCorey had begun performing in clubs and opening concerts with stars such as R. Kelly, and a host of other big names. After working with several groups Jacorey began a solo career in 2000. 2003 Brought the release of his debut album Through My Eyes which was released under Jacor Music.
